The two shrine paintings are from life or based on photos that I took myself. Towards the middle are copies of drawings or paintings that I found on Pinterest. It seems like I'm getting into landscape panting a bit lately. I want to do more portraits and drawings / paintings that feature humans, but faces and proportions are so easy to get wrong. I'm still a bit afraid of wasting "good watercolour paper", so I'm using my default sketchbooks (a cheap Muji one + a Midori MD). I know that I'm limiting myself with this (not being able to make very smooth washes etc), but I want to get more familiar with the medium first.
